Interested in discovering the ethno-cultural diversity from one place, developing the abilities achieved in an educational context, loosing prejudices and be more tolerant towards others and other cultures? Here is your place.

We teach you intercultural sensitivity, empathy and confidence in yourself. You learn about civic rights , get more knowledge about the roles and responsibilities of institutions of these kind in our society, you learn how to act with solidarity with local communities and people and you will know what means to respect values of equality and privacy.

3. Corporate Social Responsibility

A concept whereby organizations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on shareholders, communities as well as the environment. This obligation is seen to extend beyond the statutory obligation to comply with legislation and sees organizations voluntarily taking further steps to improve the quality of life for employees and their families as well as for the local community and society at large.

4. Intercultural communication Training

To be a good intercultural communicator means to have real abilities in understanding the others and their perspective of thinking. These abilities have to be developed and improved permanently. There are the main thing in achieving each interpersonal ability and the more you know about how this things work, the better you will know how to communicate.

Individual communication?

How does the communication actually works?

Methods or ways of communication going through conflict resolution and much more expects you. Verbal or non-verbal, we all communicate. Let’s do it well!

5. Or blood donation campaign

We believe everybody can imagine life and death, everybody knows how it is to see a man suffering, an injured man, a baby borned with problems, persons that can live (or not!) depending on (or not...) a reserve of blood.  Depending on the possibility and willingness to donate of everyone of us.

In the first days of the project, our volunteers are introduced to our members, he/she can see the town, opportunities, main partners, host organization, the main partners of or organization, the role of each colleagues. Then, he/she will receive information about the project and the tasks which he/she will have.

The mentor will have a regular meeting with our volunteer and also every time when is needed.

We are going to organize different evaluation sessions with programme coordinator and also with the mentor to see results and difficulties which appeared and if there are some problems, to be solved. These sessions will take place once in a two weeks period. Also, in connection with objectives which we had, at the end of the project we can make a final evaluation which can be very useful for our organization and our volunteer.

Through the project we will also:

ü       cover food (from a local canteen, in an university or high school or provide the equivalent of that in money if  you/the volunteers want(s) to prepare it by yourself/himself/herself), accommodation (in a flat with double room in general, but it’s possible to have some other conditions in the communities, as well), and pocket money (60 €/month)
