URS International Development manages foreign assistance and development projects throughout Asia Pacific in the areas of agriculture and rural development, governance, infrastructure and public private partnerships. We work with a range of donors including AusAID, USAID, MCC, DFID, World Bank and ADB as well as the private sector.

In the Mekong region, URS stands out for its continuous 40 year presence providing successful technical assistance, capacity building and management solutions for investments to improve rural livelihoods. We are planning to further support our existing commitment to rural development in Cambodia by seeking expressions of interest from experienced consultants to fill Team Leader and other senior roles on upcoming projects. We are particularly interested in those leading individuals who can demonstrate effectiveness and innovation in any of the following fields:

1. Integrated rural development involving a mix of agricultural livelihoods and infrastructure
2. Agribusiness value chain development involving partnerships with the private sector
3. Irrigation infrastructure planning and design, particularly involving capacity building
4. Farmer and water user group organisations
5. Agricultural policy and planning

This call for expression of interest is a continuation of previous advertisements. Those who have already expressed interest need not resubmit.
