ADI Summer School: Recent Perspectives on Development Cooperation, Peace and Conflict, Spain, 8 -12 September, 2008

This Summer School is organised by HEGOA (Institute of Development and International Cooperation Studies, University of the Basque Country) with EADI (European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes). Its purpose is to study recent theory and methodology perspectives about the link between development cooperation, peace and conflict.
As theory and practice have showed, humanitarian and development aid should be much more sensitive to the causes and consequences of violent conflict in order to have positive impact in terms of peace and security.
Training Cost
Students: 120 euros; professionals: 220 euros
Intended Audience: Masters and PhD students. Professionals of NGOs, research and training institutes, governmental institutions, foundations and other interested people
